Connect in Partner Yoga

Sometimes we see eye to eye, and others not. Take the time to bond with your partner in Partner Yoga at Edge! This is one of the best ways to stay connected to your partner, even when you don't see things from the same perspective.

This practice will be about grounding and centering, and most anyone can enjoy the session. We will not be doing "advanced" asanas...whatever that means...so you can rest assured this workshop is for you!
