This training is perfect for: Existing Yoga Teachers looking to refine in our 300-hour YTT; Group Fitness Instructors looking for a new jam; School Teachers wanting to integrate mindfulness to the school day;
Yogis looking to deepen their own practice; and
Anyone looking to journey inward amongst a high-frequency tribe! When we offer training: Choose which schedule is right for you! We offer training six days per week: Tuesdays & Thursdays 12-2pm (4 hours weekly) Mondays & Wednesdays 6-8pm (4 hours weekly) Saturdays & Sundays 12-2pm (4 hours weekly)
Dates: Evenings: March 1 - October 18th, 2021 Afternoons: March 2 - October 19th, 2021 Weekends: March 6 - October 23rd, 2021

Not sure if your practice is advanced enough? Yoga postures are only one of the eight limbs of yoga. All are welcome.
