Yoga Alliance Requires Continuing Education

Don’t forget you need continuing education hours to keep your certification with Yoga Alliance current.

Keeping your education current is one of the best ways to ensure that you are at the forefront of the industry. Science changes, and with it, medicine and fitness. Join us this Summer for one of our weekend intensives at Edge Yoga School in Naperville.

Yoga Alliance Standards requires continuing education every three years:

1. 45 hours teaching yoga, and
 

 
2. 30 hours of yoga-related training that is directly related to one of our Educational Categories, of which:
 

 
* At least ten training hours must be Contact Hours.
 

 
* No more than 20 training hours may be Non-Contact Hours.
