Yoga Alliance Standards requires continuing education every three years:
1. 45 hours teaching yoga, and 2. 30 hours of yoga-related training that is directly related to one of our Educational Categories, of which: * At least ten training hours must be Contact Hours. * No more than 20 training hours may be Non-Contact Hours.
