TRAINING SCHEDULE
We offer training weekdays, weeknights and weekends. See the schedule to see which sessions work best for you! The 200hr & 300hr YTT runs year-round. You choose the training day that works for your schedule. Begin anytime!

Tuesdays & Thursdays 11:30-3:30pm
Fridays 7:30pm-9pm *Twice Monthly
Saturdays 11:30-3:30pm
Did you know you can earn up to 25 training hours in our small group co-op classes? Earn hours while you explore different styles of yoga! Schedule subject to change based on availability and updates each Summer.
