Ayurveda Lunch Retreat
Join us for an immersive experience to learn the basics of this ancient philosophy! We will take time to begin to understand our own constitution and receive recommendations on how to incorporate the practices into your modern day lives. We will end the session by enjoying an Ayurvedic lunch.

About the event
Ayurveda is a holistic approach to wellness based on a balanced lifestyle. It empowers us to feel our best by nourishing our body and mind on a daily basis.
Instead of a one size fits all approach, Ayurveda encourages us to study our individual constitution, and then choose foods/daily activities to balance our specific needs.
Join us for this experience to learn the basics of this ancient philosophy and begin to understand how to incorporate the practices into our modern day lives.
This will be an immersive experience which will allow time to begin to understand our own constitution, and then learn recommendations based on what we discover.
We will end the session by enjoying a homemade Ayurvedic lunch together, as a community.
