WHAT TO EXPECT...

SELF-CARE EMERSION

Each week we will focus on one life habit that we want to develop. In this way, we will move in small measures over time. We aim to have these six weeks be a mindful experience that yields fruit by creating a new normal. All events will be online. Some events will also be held at Edge Yoga School. There is no additional cost for those registered with this program or our yoga teacher training!

COMMUNITY

We encourage you to seek out an exercise program that brings you joy. This will vary from one practitioner to another, based on your goals. Being mindful takes work, join our community to reach your goals today!

TO DO:

  • Download the Six Days of Joy below.
  • Plan two movement experiences this week. Think yoga, walking, Zumba - pick something you LOVE!
  • Take the Dosha Quiz.
  • Pick one focus meal that you will DO YOUR BEST to eat a little better than you did last week.
  • Journal daily for five minutes about whatever comes to mind in your workbook.
