Join us for a yin yoga practice to soothe your soul and wake up your spirit. Yin Yoga is perfect for the first-time practitioner to the most seasoned yogi.

Plenty of modifications will be given, so you can make this practice your own. We will incorporate props to ensure you feel supported throughout the class.

One of the challenges often seen in Yin Yoga is the monkeys of the mind make staying in a posture for a longer time challenging. To overcome this, we will offer a sound meditation with instruments such as the crystal bowls, chimes, panda drum, and ocean drum.

Those enrolled in our 200hr yoga teacher training may stay for lab 3:30-5pm to unpack the experience.
