Are you enrolled in our yoga teacher training? If so, join us for an immersion and earn hours! We will have a day of joy, community, and training. This is a perfect opportunity to connect with your fellow students, while honing your craft.

Here is what you can look forward to:Â
Guided Meditation  12-12:20pm
Restorative Yoga Class 12:30-1:15pm
Tea Ceremony Over Lunch 1:30-2pm
Breakout Groups for Lab 2:15-3pm
Workshop: How to Run a Retreat 3:15-4pm
Yoga Nidra: The Art of Yogic Sleep 4:15-4:45pm
Roundtable: Living Modern Day Yamas 5-6pm
Earn six hours at the studio (lab) and an additional twelve hours with assignments (lecture & practicum) for a total of 18 hours in this experience. I hope to see you there. If you are over one-hundred hours in our program and would like to co-host any of these events, please reply to the email to get a conversation started.Â
Students will be encouraged to complete six hours of lessons from michelleraesobi.com prior to the event for lecture, and six hours after of lessons given at the retreat for practicum. Upon completion of the experience, students should be prepared to run a day retreat of their own. Students will be added to our Slack Sangha to work together and support. one another on this journey.
