Learn the art of Prenatal Yoga in this course. Developing a deeper understanding of the prenatal body will aid in your selection of asanas appropriate for each trimester.
About our training:
Join us two Sunday afternoons per month 1-4 as we explore the foundation of leading a safe and effective yoga class. This training is an approved Yoga Alliance 85hr course. The syllabus includes asana, pranayama, sequencing, foundation, shadow teaching, and plenty of opportunities to practice teach your way into confidently leading a prenatal class.
About our online component:
Follow along as Rachel leads this sixty-minute prenatal yoga friendly class with the use of common props such as blocks, blankets, and bolsters.
