10:30-11:30 Gentle Yoga
11:30-12pm Break
12-2pm Lunch on Veranda (not provided)
2-3pm Outside Yoga
3pm-3:30 Break
3:30-5pm Self-Guided Hike
5-6pm Break
6-7:30 Dinner on Veranda (not provided)
7:30-8pm Meditation & Closing Circle
The Terms:
*This schedule is tentative and depends on the flexibility of life. Social Distancing will apply, and all yoga will take place outside. In the event of inclement weather, we will Zoom yoga to you. I highly recommend reserving a two-night stay at the lodge so you may enjoy our programming virtually in the delightful ambiance of your own room.
Reservations at the Lodge:
By booking, you understand this event is non-refundable and will be rescheduled or applied as a credit for any of our programs at MichelleRaeSobi.com should we not be able to run it for any reason. We will follow the guidelines set by the Starved Rock Lodge & Conference room as posted on their website in real-time. Please refer to the two-night stay policy on their website. BOOK
