Some folks have asked me what to wear to the sound bath. This begs the question...is water involved? In a word, no.
The term Sound Bath implies the waves of sound wash over you...thus...a bath. So rest assured you can wear your comfiest clothes and snuggle in, while we play the loveliest sounds you've ever meditated to.
Sound Baths can include any number of instruments, but here are some of our favorites: - Crystal Bowls - Ocean Drum - Chimes - Steel Drums - Glockenspiel - Tingsha Bells
