Thank you for choosing Edge Yoga School for your Yoga for Children programming. This program will introduce different ways to safely and effectively teach children to reduce stress, strengthen the body, and express their emotions. Movement can be fun, and we aim to show you how. Required reading list will be available upon enrollment. This program's centerpiece will be effective teaching principles according to the American Council on Exercise. Upon completion, you will receive the following certificates with Edge:
 
Yoga I Instructor
Group Fitness Instructor, Edge Academy
Kids Yoga Instructor, Edge Academy
 
*Prerequisite: Our Yoga I program must be completed prior to certification in Kids Yoga to establish a strong foundation of understanding of the physiology of exercise on the body.
