Training Timeline and Completion

Months 13–18: Completion Grace Period
This period is reserved for completing outstanding coursework, recorded workshops, practicum submissions, and documentation.

Practicum and Workshop Creation Requirement
The practicum is the core of the 300-Hour training and follows a fixed, syllabus-based structure.
Students are required to create and teach every workshop listed in the practicum section of the syllabus. This requirement is mandatory.
To complete the practicum, students must:
• Create all listed workshops
• Teach each workshop
• Complete and submit the required worksheet for each workshop
There are no elective or substitute workshop topics. All workshops must follow the practicum list exactly and be documented using the official Edge Yoga School workshop worksheet.
Completion of all listed workshops and documentation is required for certification.

Teaching Submission Requirement
Students must submit ten recorded workshops.
Each workshop must be one hour in length.
Recordings are reviewed for depth of understanding, clarity of instruction, integration of anatomy and philosophy, educational structure, and professional presence.
Lab participation supports readiness but does not replace recorded submissions.

Labs and In-Person Experiences
Tuition includes forty Lab passes, which may be used for eligible Labs during the training window.

Certification and Registration
Upon successful completion of all program requirements, Edge Yoga School issues a 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate.
Graduates who have completed both a 200-Hour and 300-Hour training may apply to register with Yoga Alliance at the RYT 500 level, provided all registration steps are completed.
