Our 300-hour yoga teacher training is a Yoga Alliance approved course. Upon completing your training with Edge, you will be able to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher. This is the benchmark for teaching yoga classes whether they be in person, online, or private sessions. Earn your RYT 500 today!
 
Prerequisite
You must be concurrently enrolled in our 200-hour yoga teacher training or hold the RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance.
 
We offer a flexible schedule for you to choose from! Your training will consist of lecture, lab, and practicum. 
 
Lecture 
These hours are pre-recorded from pre-recorded live streams from YTT earlier in the year. Earn hours in these sessions while you fill out your workbook.
 
Lab 
Here is a chance to put into practice what you learned in the lectures. You will work with the instructor and fellow students to craft your skills.
 
Practicum
Here is your chance to shine! We will hold a safe space for you to practice your skills with your cohort and prepare you for the wonderful world of teaching.
 
Homework
You will be required to complete a book report and anatomy homework. Don't sweat it though, we are here to guide you toward success.
 
Upon completion of your hours, you may petition to graduate Edge and register with Yoga Alliance. We look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
