When is the training?
We will be presenting Tuesdays 2:30-4pm weekly for 8 weeks with Michelle Rae Sobi via Zoom. Your remaining hours are recorded lessons of the actual workshops offered by Kaminoff and Matthews. Join them as they unpack twenty yoga asanas and the systems of the body in Yoga Fundamentals! Our training begins next week, so don't wait!
Do I earn a certificate?
Yes! Upon completion of the program, you will receive a YOGA ANATOMY certificate from Edge Yoga School.
