Michelle Post-Menopause Wellness Tea
A Daily Ritual for Nervous System Support, Bone Health, and Metabolic Balance
There are seasons in life where the body asks for a different kind of care. Not more intensity. Not more effort. Just steadiness, nourishment, and support.
This tea was created as a daily companion for that season.
It is simple, grounding, and deeply supportive. A blend that can be returned to again and again, offering warmth, mineral nourishment, and gentle regulation for the nervous system.
This is not just tea. It is a practice.
The Intention Behind the Blend
This formula was created to support three key areas during post-menopause: nervous system regulation, bone and mineral support, and metabolic balance.
Nettle leaf and red clover blossom provide a rich source of minerals, including calcium and magnesium, which are essential for bone health and overall vitality.
Milk thistle seed and dandelion root support the liver, which plays an important role in hormone metabolism and detoxification pathways.
Skullcap offers gentle nervous system support, helping to ease tension and promote a sense of calm.
Ginger root and cinnamon chips bring warmth to the blend, supporting circulation and metabolic function.
Moringa leaf adds additional micronutrients, while lemon peel brightens the formula and supports digestion.
Together, these herbs create a balanced, nourishing infusion designed for daily use.
The Recipe
Practitioner Parts Formula

Nettle leaf — 3 parts
Red clover blossom — 2 parts
Dandelion root — 2 parts
Skullcap — 1.5 parts
Ginger root — 1.5 parts
Cinnamon chips — 1 part

Preparation
Use 1 tablespoon of the tea blend per 10–12 oz of hot water.
Cover and steep for 12–15 minutes.
Drink 1–2 cups daily, as enjoyed
For a deeper, more nourishing infusion, use 2 tablespoons per quart of hot water and steep covered for 20 minutes.
Optional Note for Practitioners
Milk thistle seed has a hard outer shell and may be lightly crushed before blending or steeping to support optimal extraction.
A Ritual, Not a Routine
This tea is best enjoyed slowly.
In the morning light.
After practice.
At the end of the day when the body is ready to soften.
Let it be a moment of pause.
A way to listen.
A way to support the body without force.
A way to stay connected to your own rhythm.
Over time, these small rituals become the foundation of a steady and supported life.
