🌿 Overview

There are seven main chakras in yoga. They are:Root (red), Sacral (orange), Solar Plexus (yellow), Heart (green), Throat (blue), Third Eye (indigo), and Crown (violet). These centers align with the spine and the nervous system, following the color pattern R.O.Y.G.B.I.V. Each chakra carries a corresponding sound vibration, symbol, and energetic function. This information is for education purposes only and always seek your medical team for physical and emotional support.

🌀 What Are the Chakras?

Chakras are energetic centers within the body. The word chakra translates to “wheel” or “disk.”

When a chakra is balanced, it offers appropriate energy to support the body, mind, and spirit.Although the chakra system originates from ancient yogic texts, each center can also be associated with major nerve bundles, endocrine glands, and physiological functions recognized in Western anatomy.
