We will use a blend of standing bar positions, core floor work, and traditional yoga postures to enhance your teen's abilities.

We have a strict ethics policy that will ensure your teen refines their practice in a safe space. All are welcome, and will be required to sign an ethics agreement. Terms apply.
For the benefit of the teens, parents must remain in the car during practice, or feel free to grab a bite nearby and take some time for yourself!
There is limited enrollment, so no refunds may be offered for any reason. We will do our best to offer a partial credit for extenuating circumstances.
This clinic will help your teen understand the anatomy behind the movement and will be led by Michelle Rae Sobi, E-RYT 500, and RCYT with Yoga Alliance. She is registered as an Experienced Yoga Teacher of five-hundred hours, trained for Children's Yoga, and is trauma-informed. Your teen will be in the best of hands with over fifteen years experience teaching. Michelle will have an assistant available to ensure the best possible experience for all.
Both parents or guardians must sign a release to attend. No exceptions can be made.
