Step into a new year with a new way, one daily habit at a time.

Crown Pathways is my newest flagship program, rooted in the spirit of lifelong practice, compassionate self‑study, and embodied integration. This pathway is a culmination of many years of training, mentorship, study, and lived experience across yoga, Ayurveda, subtle‑body inquiry, and reflective inner work.

This program is not about earning credentials. It is about refining the wisdom you already hold, deepening your personal practice, and supporting your journey from a grounded and trauma‑informed lens. The beauty of Crown Pathways is that it is offered on demand, supported by abundant resources, reflective practices, and opportunities for connection through both in‑person and online sanghas. I will be personally guiding this journey to allow space, freedom, and presence for each individual as they show up in their own season of life.

May this program be of service to your path.

About the Program

Crown Pathways is grounded in a classical yoga framework expressed through modern trauma‑informed methodology. Practices are taught with an emphasis on nervous system safety, consent‑based participation, functional anatomy awareness, subtle‑body exploration, and compassionate reflection.

Rather than centering asana, this program integrates the full breadth of yoga practice, including:

• meditation and mindfulness

• breathwork and energetic awareness

• mantra and energy‑center study

• reflective journaling and inquiry

• art‑meditation as embodied expression

• Ayurvedic lifestyle rhythms as lived practice

The program reflects the Edge lineage of experiential learning, embodied teaching, and integrity‑centered yoga. Students are guided in a way that honors pacing, choice, and self‑agency throughout the journey.

Purpose

Rooted in Ayurvedic daily rhythms, the Crown Pathway invites students into a structured Root‑to‑Crown progression that supports steadiness, clarity, and a deeper sense of wholeness.

This is not a yoga teacher training program. It is an advanced personal practice journey designed for practitioners who are ready to integrate their studies at a deeper level, with an emphasis on inner alignment, resilience, and embodied understanding.

Many students find this pathway especially supportive during seasons of transition, renewal, or personal reflection.

What to Expect

Students move through seven sequential modules aligned with the energy centers. Each module blends guided practice, reflective exploration, and compassionate pacing, including:

• meditation and breath awareness

• choice‑based movement

• art‑meditation and creative inquiry

• journaling and inner reflection

• Ayurvedic habit exploration

The pathway is supported through a hybrid learning environment with opportunities for:

• cohort connection

• mentorship touchpoints

• optional retreat‑style intensives

You can expect a steady, nurturing learning container with clear structure, ethical care, and spacious support for your personal practice.
