What is Tapping?
Tapping, or EFT tapping, is a self-help technique that combines elements of psychotherapy with acupressure to manage stress, emotional distress, and physical pain.
The process involves gently tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points on the body, such as the face and upper body, while focusing on a particular issue or feeling.
This is thought to send a calming signal to the brain, helping to deactivate the stress response, rebalance the body's energy system, and promote emotional well-being.
