If you’ve ever felt like you needed a steady hand, a grounded voice, or a little clarity on your path as a yoga teacher, you’re not alone. Many teachers complete their 200-hour training and discover that the real learning begins when they step into the seat of the teacher.

Our new 100-Hour Yoga Mentorship Program was created for that exact moment.
This mentorship is now available as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP) program, designed for yoga teachers who want structured support, compassionate guidance, and a place to grow at their own pace. It is a soft landing for those who want more experience, more practice, and more confidence without the pressure of performance or business expectations.

Why a Mentorship Program?
Teachers come into this work through many different doorways. Some feel unsure in their cuing. Others want help with sequencing or class structure. Some struggle with confidence, clarity, or consistency. And many simply want someone in their corner who understands the layers of becoming a yoga teacher.
The Yoga Mentorship Program meets you where you are. It is gentle, supportive, and grounded. There is no rushing, no pushing, and no expectation to perform. Instead, you receive a stable container to practice, reflect, grow, and strengthen your teaching from the inside out.
What You Will Explore
Throughout your 100 hours of study, you will:
• Strengthen your cuing and teaching voice
• Learn to offer safe, accessible modifications
• Build sequences using a simple, repeatable framework
• Teach confidently without relying on scripts
• Explore reflective practices that help you stay grounded
• Understand anatomy as it relates to real-life teaching
• Hold space with clarity and compassion
• Receive individualized feedback in a supportive environment
• Use Ai for Yogis tools to create structure and clarity
This program combines live support, independent study, mentorship, practice teaching, and a thoughtful blend of Yoga Alliance educational categories—everything designed to help you grow into the teacher you want to be.

How the Program Works
The mentorship blends five key learning components:
• Techniques, Training & Practice
• Teaching Methodology
• Anatomy & Physiology
• Yoga Humanities and Professional Essentials
• Mentorship, Practicum & Independent Study
You’ll spend time teaching, observing, refining, and learning how to create classes that are not only safe and accessible, but also deeply supportive to the students in front of you.
The structure is flexible and compassionate, allowing you to integrate the work into your real life. All required hours count toward Yoga Alliance Continuing Education.
