Start of the New Year right by joining our Intention Setting and Mindful Meditation workshop on January 1st, 4-6pm
What to expect:
1. Silent meditation reflection about living mindfully in 2019.
2. Journaling opportunity to put pen to paper about what came up for you in your meditation.
3. Mindful movement experience to feel those thoughts within your body.
4. Gong bath to allow manifestation to relax into your soul.
Please be sure to bring a journal or notebook. This will be a donation based class. All are welcome.
