Who: All yogis, regardless of how seasoned their personal practice may be. What: Yoga Teacher Training RYT 200 or RYT 500 Where: Fifth Avenue Station, Suite 133 When - Weekly Schedule: Wednesdays 6-7pm for Yoga Wednesdays 7-8pm for Lab One Podcast Anytime (100 hours) One Conference Call: Tuesdays 12-1pm or Sundays 12-2pm
Why: Become a yoga teacher or refine your personal practice. Over the course of this training you will learn to do both...and then some!
Tuition: $1899 Base - Early Bird Special INCLUDES 20 yoga classes at Grow Well Yoga in Fifth Avenue Station!
Ala Cart Add-Ons (optional) - Leslie Kaminoff & Amy Matthews Yoga Anatomy Fundamentals Online for 20 hours towards your certification. $349 - LIVE workshop with Leslie Kaminoff held at Naper Settlement on July 22nd & Juy 23rd 11-4pm for 10 hours towards your certification. $300 - Specialty Course: Select one of our courses at michelleraesobi.com such as Children's Yoga, Pilates, Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga...and more to enhance your training experience!
Flexible Schedule Yoga is nothing if not flexible, so if you need to change your scheduled time for lab, please let us know so we may accommodate your request. We offer training six days a week on afternoons, weekends, and evenings to ensure you are able to practice what you are learning.
Mentorship Michelle Rae Sobi, E-RYT 500 has been leading training for over a decade and has a five-star rating with over one-hundred alum at YogaAlliance.org. Our refined program includes lecture, lab, and practicum to ensure you are ready to teach upon graduation from our program.
About Yoga Alliance You will be eligible to join the yoga alliance association upon graduation, if you choose. It is not required that you do so. Many employers are looking for the completion of the 200-hour program, a strong audition, and social media presence. Let us help you prepare for life as a yoga teacher!

Refunds, Tuition Changes, and Flying Standby Edge offers year-round training and often sells out. As such, the tuition or special promotion you enjoy upon registration cannot be changed or retroactive. These specials are created to ensure we always have a solid group of yogis for you to build your sangha with. Flying Standby (last minute) may offer you a lower tuition, or you may be met with a sold out program and no availability for your attendance. We like to share this in an effort of transparency around our pricing.
