Flexible Schedule Yoga is nothing if not flexible, so if you need to change your scheduled time for lab, please let us know so we may accommodate your request. We offer training six days a week on afternoons, weekends, and evenings to ensure you are able to practice what you are learning.
Mentorship Michelle Rae Sobi, E-RYT 500 has been leading training for over a decade and has a five-star rating with over one-hundred alum at YogaAlliance.org. Our refined program includes lecture, lab, and practicum to ensure you are ready to teach upon graduation from our program.
About Yoga Alliance You will be eligible to join the yoga alliance association upon graduation, if you choose. It is not required that you do so. Many employers are looking for the completion of the 200-hour program, a strong audition, and social media presence. Let us help you prepare for life as a yoga teacher!

Refunds, Tuition Changes, and Flying Standby Edge offers year-round training and often sells out. As such, the tuition or special promotion you enjoy upon registration cannot be changed or retroactive. These specials are created to ensure we always have a solid group of yogis for you to build your sangha with. Flying Standby (last minute) may offer you a lower tuition, or you may be met with a sold out program and no availability for your attendance. We like to share this in an effort of transparency around our pricing.
