We know that yoga can be such an important part of our student’s week. It is very important for us to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all of our students.

Let's talk about the virus and what we are doing to help keep you protected...

With the increase of cases of COVID-19, along with the seasonal flu virus, we are taking steps to make this happen.

These steps will include sanitizing hard surfaces on a daily basis, supplying soap in the bathrooms, and a supply an abundance of paper towels to promote washing hands. It has also been requested of all teachers to wash their hands between each of their clients along with using hand sanitizer regularly.

Here are some steps as a student that you can take to help stop the spread of COVID-19, the flu, and common colds.

If you are sick, showing symptoms, or have been exposed to a virus please stay home. We love that you attend our classes, but we would prefer that you be in your best health when you attend our studio and events.

Wash your hands often and use hand sanitizer more frequently. It is not a bad idea to carry a personal size hand sanitizer, sanitary wipes, and some extra tissues.

Try not to touch your face. If you have an itch or need to sneeze, grab a tissue or cover your face with your arm. Try not to sneeze into the open.

If you become exposed to COVID-19 in any way please follow the guidelines provided by the CDC. In other words; Stay home and come see us after you are clear and/or feeling better!

At this time we will continue to run the group and private lessons as normal. While most of our classes are pay per class, we do have the occasional event that requires pre-registration. For the next couple of months if you prepay for an event and become sick we ask you to contact us. We will be glad to give you credit toward a future event. We are also happy to extend passes, should they expired. Yoga teacher training is being held online via Zoom.

We will continue monitoring the situation and recommendations from our local officials and government. Any changes to our schedule will be announced via email.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us make the studio a clean, healthy environment for our staff and fellow students.

Please keep in mind that stress itself can impact one's health greatly. We hope to see you in class and will hold space for you.

Namaste,

The Edge Team
