My crown jewel has just been released.

The Yoga Teacher is Live

There are moments in the creative process when a project quietly asks for patience. This book was one of those moments. It unfolded slowly through photographs, teaching notes, and reflections gathered over years of working with yoga teachers in training, in practice, and in real classrooms. Today, I am grateful to share that The Yoga Teacher is now live.

This book is a visual and reflective guide created for teachers who are learning how to speak less from memorization and more from lived understanding. Each posture, image, and description is intended to support teachers in observing practice from multiple perspectives, encouraging curiosity, embodiment, and thoughtful sequencing. Rather than presenting a single way to teach, the book offers a range of visual angles and descriptive approaches so that each teacher can discover the voice that feels most authentic to their own practice.

Photographing yoga teachers over the years has given me a front-row seat to the diversity of bodies, experiences, and teaching styles that make yoga a living tradition. The images throughout this collection invite teachers to look closely, notice details, and develop the confidence to guide students with clarity, compassion, and anatomical awareness. Teaching yoga is not about performing poses perfectly. It is about learning how to create space where people can meet themselves honestly, breath by breath.

The Yoga Teacher represents a continuation of my commitment to supporting educators who want to deepen their understanding of practice while developing a teaching style that reflects their own heart, their own training, and their own lived experience. I hope this book becomes a companion in studios, teacher trainings, and quiet moments of preparation before class, offering both inspiration and practical language that teachers can adapt to their own communities.

The book is now available on Apple Books:

Thank you for being part of this journey and for continuing to bring thoughtful, embodied teaching into the world. 🧘🏻‍♀️
