SOBIS EDGE is a comprehensive wellness suite serving wellness professionals since 2008. As Edge continues to grow, we are seeking teachers, project managers, and vendors in specialized areas to support our programs and services. We have been progressively scaling over the past five years and are ready to unveil the organization as a whole.

PROGRAMS EDGE YOGA SCHOOL Yoga Alliance programs including 200-hour, 300-hour, 500-hour, Prenatal, Children’s, and Trauma-Informed training.
SOBI ART SCHOOL Sound and Art Meditation blending creative expression, mindful listening, and guided reflection through hands-on workshops and immersive experiences.
CLARAS EDGE PILATES Classical and Contemporary Pilates offering personalized sessions, small group instruction, and teacher training across mat, apparatus, and reformer.
TEACHERS YOGA TEACHERS Lead yoga sessions tailored to participants’ goals, experience, and abilities.
PILATES TEACHERS Teach Classical and Contemporary Pilates sessions incorporating mat work, apparatus, and reformer within their qualifications, with an emphasis on strength, control, alignment, breath, and adaptations for individual needs.
MEDITATION PROVIDERS Guide accessible meditation practices incorporating breath awareness, mindfulness, visualization, sound, and art to support focus, relaxation, and personal reflection.
PROJECT MANAGERS PRIVATE SESSION PROJECT MANAGER Coordinate personalized services and provider communication to meet individual client goals. Support the Concierge, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Teacher, Meditation Provider, Industry Specialist, and Ayurvedic Practitioner.
SMALL GROUP PROJECT MANAGER Coordinate instructors, program delivery, and participant needs for small group programs. Support the Concierge, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Teacher, Meditation Provider, and Industry Specialist.
EVENTS PROJECT MANAGER Manage event planning, budgets, vendors, and logistics from concept through completion. Support the Concierge, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Teacher, Meditation Provider, Visual Storyteller, and Industry Specialist.
RETREAT PROJECT MANAGER Coordinate retreat programming, venues, providers, and logistics to create a cohesive guest experience. Support the Concierge, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Teacher, Meditation Provider, Travel Agent, Visual Storyteller, and Industry Specialist.
INFLUENCER PROJECT MANAGER Manage influencer collaborations, campaign timelines, content deliverables, and performance reporting. Support the Concierge, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Teacher, Meditation Provider, Visual Storyteller, and Industry Specialist.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROJECT MANAGER Coordinate community partnerships, local engagement, and outreach initiatives to connect programs and services with the audiences they serve. Support the Concierge, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Teacher, Meditation Provider, Visual Storyteller, and Industry Specialist.
SCOPE PROJECT MANAGER Coordinate referrals to qualified outside professionals, including mental health providers, when client needs exceed a teacher’s or vendor’s qualifications or scope of practice. Support the Concierge, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Teacher, and Meditation Provider in coordinating referrals to professionals matched to each client’s needs.
VENDORS CONCIERGE Manage scheduling, bookings, and calendar updates across all services and platforms while serving as the primary client-facing contact and providing high-touch, personalized support from initial inquiry through completion.
TRAVEL AGENT Arrange transportation, accommodations, and travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
INDUSTRY SPECIALIST Provide focused industry expertise within their qualifications to meet specific client and project needs.
VISUAL STORYTELLER Create visual stories through photography, videography, drone imagery, and media production.
AYURVEDIC PRACTITIONER Provide Ayurvedic lifestyle and wellness guidance, with nutrition services limited to their qualifications, scope of practice, and applicable local laws.
COORDINATION AND VENDOR ASSIGNMENTS Project Managers report to Michelle Rae Sobi as PMO Lead, who oversees project assignments and priorities.
The Concierge reports directly to the PMO Lead and manages the schedule across all programs and platforms, including bookings, availability, calendar updates, and scheduling communications.
Project Managers communicate project requirements and timelines to the Concierge, who coordinates scheduling with clients, teachers, and vendors.
Teachers and vendors coordinate with the Project Manager responsible for each engagement and are assigned as needed.
