🧩 “CREATE A CLASS” — FOUNDATIONAL SEQUENCING TOOL
Based on the Edge Handbook 2026 (Workbook pages 119–126), expanded to your full 5-orientation Snippet system.
🌿 Overview: Why We Use This Template
This foundational tool teaches you how to create a clear, safe, and well-organized yoga class using the full five-orientation Snippet framework:
Standing
Seated
Kneeling
Supine
Prone
Every posture you teach lives in one of these categories.By selecting one Snippet from each orientation, you create:
• predictable transitions
• reduced disorientation
• balanced spinal movements
• a grounded and trauma-informed structure
• clarity for both teacher and student
This is the backbone of Edge sequencing.
