Privacy Policy
Edge Yoga School maintains strict privacy standards consistent with industry expectations and Yoga Alliance guidelines. All student information—including enrollment data, contact information, teaching videos, written reflections, progress records, and mentorship communication—is kept confidential and used solely for educational and administrative purposes within the program.
Student data is never shared, sold, or distributed to third parties. Access to student materials is limited to authorized faculty involved in program delivery and evaluation. Students may request access to or clarification regarding their stored information at any time. All digital submissions must respect the privacy of peers, and students agree not to record, share, or distribute any content from other participants without explicit written permission.
Refund Policy
All tuition payments for the Yoga Mentorship Program are non-refundable. Students may complete the program within eighteen (18) months from enrollment. No partial refunds, prorated refunds, deferrals, or credit transfers are offered for any reason, including non-completion.
Attendance & Participation Policy
Students are expected to participate in scheduled mentorship sessions, teaching evaluations, and reflective assignments. Consistent participation supports skill development and competency mastery.
Make-Up Work Policy
If a student misses an in-person lab, observation, or check-in, they may complete an interactive webinar or submit a video recording from the recorded webinar as an alternative. Any additional make-up assignments must be completed within one week.
Completion Timeline Policy
All program requirements—including teaching evaluations, reflections, and the special project—must be completed within eighteen (18) months of enrollment. Extensions are not provided.
Professional Conduct Policy
Students must maintain respectful communication, uphold ethical standards, and honor appropriate boundaries throughout the program. Violations may result in removal from the program without refund.
Technology & Submission Policy
Students are responsible for ensuring that all video submissions, written reflections, and book reports are clear, accessible, and submitted by agreed-upon deadlines.
Confidentiality Policy
All teaching videos, reflections, and feedback shared within the mentorship are confidential. Students are expected to maintain the same standard of confidentiality in all peer interactions.
Inclusivity & Trauma-Sensitive Policy
This program is inclusive and accessible to all backgrounds and abilities. Students are expected to use trauma-sensitive, respectful, and inclusive language throughout all mentorship interactions.
