Program Overview
This offering is a 500-hour Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Training: Trauma-Informed pathway designed to integrate structured education with immersive, real-world experience.
Students complete a total of 500 hours through a three-part structure:
100 hours completed prior to travel through in-person labs or interactive small group webinars
300 hours completed over 30 residential days at a destination of the student’s choice
100 hours completed after returning through continued study, integration, and mentorship
The residential portion is completed as 30 days of 10-hour training days.
Students may choose their own location. One example discussed is The Ritz-Carlton Oʻahu, Turtle Bay or the Alohilini in Honolulu, Hawaii.

What Residential Means
Residential training is an immersive format where students live, study, and practice within the rhythm of a real environment.
This includes living and training in a chosen destination, participating in structured daily activities, and engaging in self-directed learning supported by real-time mentorship.
This format blends education, retreat, and real-world teaching into one cohesive experience.

Training Structure
Prior to travel, students complete 100 hours through in-person labs or interactive small group webinars.
After returning, students complete 100 additional hours through continued study, integration, and mentorship.
