The Art of Becoming: A Journey Through Yoga Mentorship
Yoga is more than movement — it’s a conversation between the body, the breath, and the teacher within.
At Edge Yoga School, our mentorship path is designed to nurture that inner dialogue through study, practice, and teaching. Each lesson becomes a mirror for self-discovery, inviting you to move from information to embodiment.
Students will enjoy low-tech in-person labs for practice, while also using current tech tools during training.

With the help of these tools (programs) students will organically develop their understanding of the usefulness of technology by doing so. Each of these platforms have tutorials for students to refer to for tech support; Michelle will not be teaching tech during this program.

Practice Skills: From Concept to Creation
Learning becomes wisdom through doing. Each “Lab” is an opportunity to create a workshop that embodies your learning: from your favorite asana to themed class planning, from meditation techniques to prop usage. This phase encourages you to experiment, express, and refine your teaching voice in a safe, mentored space. We will implement our Essentials and Professional knowledge during lab. Our small group platform allows you to practice teach snippets of your learnings, while refining your craft.

Teaching Skills: Sharing Your Light
The final step of mentorship is to offer your workshop to others. You’ll practice standing in your truth — leading with confidence, compassion, and creativity. Through guided teaching labs, you’ll learn to deliver your message authentically, holding space where transformation can unfold.
