Yoga Alliance acronyms explained for you!

Some folks have been asking about Yoga Alliance acronyms. Here are some basics to look for... E-RYT 500 is an Experienced, Registered Yoga Teacher of training 500 hours. This requires 4 years since graduation to earn, plus 2000 teaching hours. It is the benchmark for leading a 300-hour yoga teacher training. You must take a 300-hour YTT and have the RYT 200 in order to earn this distinction. Our very own Cassandra Elms will be eligible for this in March of this year!! E-RYT 2
